Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Forward Meds services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To use Forward Meds services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Reside in a state where our services are available

Provide accurate and complete health information

Have a valid payment method

Medical Services

Forward Meds provides telehealth consultations with licensed physicians. All medical decisions, including prescriptions, are made at the sole discretion of the treating physician based on medical appropriateness. We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription.

Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

Forward Meds and its physicians are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

General Medication Safety

Take medications exactly as prescribed

Do not share medications with others

Store medications according to package instructions

Keep medications out of reach of children and pets

GLP-1 Medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)

Common Side Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation

Severe abdominal pain (may indicate pancreatitis)

Signs of thyroid tumors (lump in neck, difficulty swallowing)

Signs of kidney problems (decreased urination, swelling)

Important Warnings:

Risk of thyroid C-cell tumors (based on animal studies)

Not recommended if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma

Simply complete our online health assessment, which takes less than 5 minutes. A board-certified U.S. physician will review your information within 24 hours. If approved, your medication will be compounded and shipped directly to your door with all necessary supplies. No video calls or office visits required.

Is this service available in my state?

Forward Meds is currently available in most U.S. states. During the signup process, we will verify that our services are available in your location. State availability may vary based on telehealth regulations and pharmacy licensing.

What if I am not approved for treatment?

Our physicians prescribe medication only when medically appropriate. If you are not approved, you will receive a full explanation and will not be charged. We may recommend alternative options or suggest follow-up with your primary care physician.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by protocol and medication. GLP weight loss starts at $249/month, longevity protocols start at $199/month, and performance protocols start at $279/month. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees. Your first month includes medication, supplies, and physician consultation.

Does insurance cover this?

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, our cash-pay pricing is often more affordable than traditional insurance copays and deductibles. You may be able to submit receipts to your insurance for potential reimbursement using your HSA/FSA.

What is included in my monthly subscription?

Your subscription includes: medication prescribed by a licensed physician, all necessary supplies (syringes, alcohol wipes, sharps container), ongoing physician monitoring, 24/7 medical support access, and free shipping. No surprise fees.

Once approved, your medication is typically compounded and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. You can expect to receive your first order within 5-7 days of approval.
